You will receive an automatic delivery confirmation in your email when your order is being processed in our warehouse. The shipping confirmation includes a tracking code that you can use to track your order. Please note that tracking data may update with a slight delay.
If you would like more information regarding tracking or if the delivery of your order is more than two (2) business days late after the general delivery time, we recommend that you contact the shipping company's customer service directly. The shipping company needs the tracking code that is stated on the shipping confirmation.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by the shipping company's distribution dates as well as busy seasons (e.g holidays, Black Friday, Christmas).
