Does ACON ship products to non-EU countries?

If you wish to order to non-EU country (e.g Switzerland), please contact our customer service by email at customercare.eu@acon24.com. The prices in our online store include Finnish VAT 24%. Orders to non-EU countries are made manually due to VAT and customs procedures. The payments for manually handled orders are made via bank transfer (PDF invoice, payment before delivery) in euros (€). Please note that if your currency is other than euro (€), your bank may charge a conversion fee. As the products will be shipped outside of EU, the invoices do not include Finnish VAT – you'll be responsible for paying your local VAT as well as possible customs fees and taxes at import. For more information on your country's VAT, customs fees and taxes, please contact your local custom services.

To place an order, we need the following information:

1. A list of products and quantities for each
2. Your full name (first name and last name)
3. Phone number (in international form)
4. Shipping address

More information for orders to Switzerland:
Shipping cost is 29€ for ACON Air 1,8m trampoline, 16 Sport HD/13 Sport HD 129€, and 99€ for all the other ACON Air trampolines or trampoline packages. For other products, we calculate shipping costs by the product's weight.
When the payment is completed we will provide transport company the necessary documents needed for completing the customs. Consignments takes usually 1-2 business days to get from our central warehouse in Oulu, Finland to DHL's main hub in Helsinki, Finland. Containers going to Switzerland dispatch once a week - usually on Fridays - and therefore, our delivery times depend widely on when the order is placed. Generally, estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days after the order has left from our central warehouse. When the products arrive to Switzerland the transport company will complete the customs procedure and inform you about the delivery. You will receive an invoice for the VAT and customs clearance from DHL by email.

Our central warehouse is located in Finland and sometimes delivering packages directly to a private home address outside of Europe is challenging. In these cases, we can deliver orders to the nearest international airport and customers can pick up the packages themselves or arrange their own transportation from the airport to their home address. If ordering for a company, it is more likely to get the delivery directly to the shipping address. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the products and the final destination.
