What is Acon Rewards?

Acon Rewards is a program developed to help fans in the Acon Community benefit from spreading the word about the trampolines that they love. The Acon Rewards program will continue to be ongoing from our company. We’ll continue to update our community about more Rewards as they become available.

How does it work?

You use your email to join Acon Rewards and become eligible to receive rewards.Once you join, you’ll receive a personalized link to share a special discount with your community. When anyone uses your link to buy the featured item(s),upon verification of the sale and shipment, you’ll earn a reward and get notified about the link usage and your reward.Rewards are paid out monthlvia PayPal.You can set your PayPal email address on your Rewards Page.If you don't have a PayPal account,you will receive detailed instructions on how to set one up once you earn your first reward.

What is the Current Discount Offer? And how long does it run?

Give your community $50 off any new Trampoline Package, and you’ll earn a $60 reward.There is no limit to how many times you may share your link. The current $60/$50 reward/discount on Acon Trampoline Packages will run through October 31st.

Which Acon products are eligible for the current discount/reward offer?

All Acon Trampoline Packages. Please note that the offer applies only to the Packages, not individual trampolines separately.

How long does it take to get paid?

You will be paid via our vendor, ReferralCandy, directly via PayPal.Rewards from verified purchases are paid out after the campaign period has ended, during November. 

Cash Rewards will only be paid out after the following conditions are met: All conditions for a rewardable referred purchase are met (i.e. minimum purchase amount is met, referred purchase review period, which includes order verification and confirmation the order has not been cancelled or returned,has passed) AND you have provided your PayPal email address for us to send the reward.

Rewards earned take up to 7 days to be verified. The waiting period after a sale and before the product ships can vary. In most cases products ship within 3-5 days from order. Upon shipment you will be eligible to claim your reward. Rewards are paid out monthly.

How Do I Know the Status of My Rewards?

Everyone who has registered for Acon Rewards can find their information by visiting their personal Tracking Referrals and Rewards page. You will receive the page link to your Acon Rewards page viaemail once you join.

Do I need to pay taxes on my Acon Rewards?

Yes, your Acon Rewards paymentsare taxable, as it is a commission, which you earn in order to sell a new product. You are not an Acon employee. By enrolling in the program, you agree to cover all responsible tax needs in accordance of your own local taxation laws.

Do I need to have a PayPal account to join? 

You can join Acon Rewards without a PayPal account. Once you have earned your first reward, you need to set up a new PayPal account to redeem your reward. You will receive detailed instructions.

How do I change my PayPal address?

Click the appropriate link in any of the Acon Rewards emails to access your Rewards Page. On the page, click the link Settings to set your PayPal address.

PayPal usage and ineligibility notice

We use PayPal as our rewards fulfillment platform. You will receive detailed instructions via email on redeeming your reward once you have the first verified and approved referral order. If you are not a current PayPal user, you’ll need to create an account on the platform in order to get paid – but don’t worry, you will receive detailed instructions. Note that as we use PayPal as our platform to deliver our rewards, they have some minor restrictions in place: PayPal accounts registered as non-profits, NGOs or located in Ukraine, Russia or Turkey are not eligible for payment at this time.

Please note! We do not ask you for your password in any circumstances, nor should you give it to anyone.

By agreeing to Acon Rewards you agree to abide by the rules of the program. Cancellations or invalid orders will not be eligible for rewards. 

INDEMNIFICATION STATEMENT

Acon reserves the right to reject rewards or refuse payment should we suspect any fraudulent activity in the program and your usage of the referral program.
