If you received the wrong product or a wrong number of products, please contact our customer service by email at customercare.eu@acon24.com. Please include your order number and a description of the incorrect products received. Contact must be made within three (3) days of the discovery of the error, after that the responsibility for the error passes to the customer.
Please note that your order may also come in several packages at different times. In the tracking application, you will find all the packages sent to you by us and their detailed tracking information. There is an indication on the packing list if a product is temporarily out of stock and will be sent to you as soon as we get more back in stock.
