Where can I find the package size, delivery costs and delivery times?

The package sizes and weight can be found in the "Product specs" section of the product page. Please note that some products come in several packages.

Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of the order and will be visible in shopping cart before payment.

Our goal is to ensure that your order is shipped as fast and as hassle-free for you as possible. We strive to ship the products on the very next week day after your order has been confirmed.
Shipping usually takes 2-5 days via ground service and 3-10 days via freight service (applicable to heavy shipments). Delivery times vary also depending on where you are located. Please note that delivery times may be affected by the transport company's distribution dates as well as busy seasons (e.g holidays, Black Friday, Christmas). You will receive an automatic shipping confirmation in your email when your order leaves from our warehouse to the shipping company. Your shipment can be tracked online by the tracking number once it has left our warehouse.

Please note there may be additional delays during busy seasons, such as Black Friday and Christmas. National Holidays may also cause delays. Please note that while we strive to ensure timely deliveries, there may be circumstances beyond our control that affect shipment schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, such as national strikes, transportation issues, or other unforeseen events.

You can add your wish regarding the delivery of the order in the "Write us a message" section in the shopping cart. Please note that we are able to determine when the order leaves from our warehouse, but the actual delivery time always depends on the transport company.
