How long is the product warranty and what does it cover?

We provide a warranty for most of our products. The warranty may be for one (1) to ten (10) years, depending on the product. The warranty and any more detailed warranty specifications can be found in the Customer Care section of our online store.

The products we sell are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use and usage conditions by the original end user/consumer. Warranty period starts from the shipping date, and detailed information about the length of warranty periods for specific products is provided at the end of this article. The warranty is available for the original end user/consumer, it is not transferable, e.g. in the case of resale. If you receive a product with defective part, please make sure you will contact our customer service in a decent time frame.

While the warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, it does not cover damages caused by:

Normal wear & tear and weathering is to be expected, and as such cosmetic issues such as fading and UV deterioration, surface rust and scratches, and other issues such as normal stretching of materials over time are not manufacturing defects in materials.

Extended Warranty

We’re excited to offer an Extended Warranty option for certain ACON products; designed to give you added peace of mind and extended protection beyond the standard warranty. This option is available to be purchased at checkout if a customer has the specific trampoline package the extended warranty options can apply to in their cart. The extended warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use by the original end user. Coverage starts from the original shipping date and applies only to the original purchaser; it is not transferable, for example in the case of resale.

Please note that the frame tubes sometimes shift during transport, which can cause scratches on the paint surface. Fortunately, this is only cosmetic damage, as galvanized corrosion protection on the outer and inner surfaces of the frame tube ensures that wear on the paint surface has no effect on durability or use.

If there are paint damages in your trampoline package, we will add a note to our system about that. Please contact our customer service at customercare.us@acon24.com. Please include a pictures of the paint damages and a copy of the receipt or order number to the email.

In the case of a warranty claim, we will repair or replace damaged part(s) or component(s) which suffered from manufacturing defect. Please contact our customer service by email at customercare.us@acon24.com to fulfill a claim or if you have any questions regarding our warranty policy or your receipt has been lost. When filing a claim, please provide, your order number, a description of use and pictures so our team may evaluate the cause and come to a proper resolution.

Warranties for ACON Air trampoline packages (6ft, 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, 15ft, 13 HD, 16 HD, and X 17ft) after March 1, 2019:

• Trampoline frame: 10 years (excluding hardware, hardware warranty 2 years)
• Jumping mat: 5 years
• Springs: 
  • 5 years for 12ft, 14ft, 15ft, 13HD, 16HD, and ACON X 
  • 2 years for 6ft and 10ft
• Safety pad: 2 years
