What do I do if my trampoline package has cosmetic paint damage?

The frame tubes sometimes shift during transport, which can cause scratches on the paint surface. Fortunately, this is only cosmetic damage, as galvanized corrosion protection on the outer and inner surfaces of the frame tube ensures that wear on the paint surface has no effect on durability or use.

If there are paint damages in your trampoline package, we will add a note to our system about that. Please contact our customer service at customercare.eu@acon24.com. Please include a pictures of the paint damages and a copy of the receipt or order number to the email.
